Returns & Exchanges
At Améra, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
All eligible returns will be refunded as store credit, which never expires and can be used toward any future purchase. Refunds to the original payment method are only available for faulty or incorrect items. A handling fee applies to all returns this covers the cost of processing, restocking, and reshipping any approved exchanges.
Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Items must have no signs of wear, including no scent of perfume, deodorant, or washing powder.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at info@elvara.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
Change of mind or incorrect size selections
Items marked as FINAL SALE (unless faulty)
Accessories, lingerie, and swimwear (due to hygiene reasons)
Your return will be issued as store credit for the full amount of the returned item(s).
All store credits are issued in AUD.
If you have received a faulty item or believe your order is incorrect, please contact us immediately.
Purchases made via Afterpay or PayPal follow the same return policy. Your agreement with these providers remains in place, and you are still responsible for any scheduled repayments.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds (only applicable to faulty or incorrect items) will be processed to your original payment method within
5–14 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Need a different size or style? We offer exchanges for eligible items.

A handling fee will also apply to cover return processing and reshipping.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 24 hours of delivery, including a clear photo of the item and packaging (tags still attached).
We’ll prioritize a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return and reshipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or faulty item).
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt without tracking.
